No.  "Factory Authorized" is nothing more than a way to generate revenue for that dealer.  You can take your Ford car to the Ford dealer; however, you will probably pay more for the repairs than going to a reputable mechanic.  We can work on any kind of automated door, and we have the proper licensing and bonding to legally complete the work.

YES - You call and we'll dispatch a repair technician/team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please note that overtime rates apply for service calls outside our regular service hours.

If our need is urgent, but not an "emergency", how soon can we expect service?

Unless other arrangements are made, calls placed after 12:00 p.m. will be scheduled for the following day. Saturday service is available, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., by appointment only at overtime rates.

Can PDA obtain any parts needed for servicing my automated doors?

Absolutely.   We can obtain parts directly from the manufacturer, or a master distributor for any brand of door used in the United States.

What training is required for servicing automated doors?

Repairing an automated door requires both mechanical and electrical skills.  Our automated door technicians are highly trained and skilled. 

What area do you service - local, regional, national?

We service most of the Piedmont area with offices in Charlotte and Greensboro. Our Technicians are outfitted with state of the art equipment and tools and can travel to your location.
